3. Purchase of Digital Products
We utilize Paddle as our Merchant of Record for the sale and delivery of digital products (e.g., ebooks, spreadsheets, and templates).
Payment: All transactions are processed by Paddle. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s terms and conditions.
Refund Policy: Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales of templates and publications are final. If you experience technical issues with a file, please contact us via our Contact page for assistance.
License to Use: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates or publications for your internal business or personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label these materials without express written consent from Greystone GRC LLC.
4. Advisory Services
Any high-level management advisory, coaching, or training services provided by Greystone GRC LLC are governed by a separate, signed Engagement Letter or Professional Services Agreement. The general content on our websites does not modify the terms of such specific agreements.
