Strategic CXOs

What is a CXO?

CXO cover specialists like CFOs, CHROs, CTOs, CIOs, CROs, and CCO’s. We focus on the first 5 CXO types with lesser focus on the CCO. See below for a description of how our CXO team can help you. In some instances, our principals also serve on Boards.

Our Chief Financial Officers (“CFOs”) bring experience with start-ups and Fortune 200 businesses. As strategic CFOs, we learn and understand your business goals as a first step. We then whiteboard the desired end state with your and your management team’s perspectives. From this, a gap assessment is developed along with a road map. In engagements where change is growth related, we often include a CHRO and CTI/CIO to support our assesment and recommendation. In our strategic role, we can provide project oversight and recommend teams to execute the program.

Our Chief Human Resource Officers (“CHROs”) are experienced in organizational development, DEI, Leadership Development, Compensation Programs, Employee Relations and third party HR Vendor management. As strategic CHROs, we review, assess and recommend potential changes to achieve your business goals. Our recommendation includes a road map. If needed, we can provide project oversight and recommend teams to execute the program.
Our experienced Chief Technology or Information Officers (“CTO/CIOs”) focus on bringing their expertise to assess technology and information security alignment with business goals. We partner with best in class Data Security professionals and Data Architects to match capacity, scalability and security for a right sized solution. Our road map to close gaps can be used by your team or third party for remediation while our CTO/CIO can provide project oversight.
Our Chief Risk Officer (“CRO”) services focus on business risk assessments. Cornerstones of our assessments are Governance and Operations. After assessing the business and goals, a Governance framework is framed. Next we assess existing risk programs and operations to develop a gap assessment and road map. The report and road map developed can be used by your team or third parties for implementation. CROs may also provide risk related project management services.
