George is a CPA (California).
Prior to consulting with start-ups, growth and larger businesses, he held senior business roles with a focus on change management in finance, risk, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and technology roles in Fortune 200 companies. He has worked with Private Equity on both sides.
Through Greystone GRC, George brings real world, right sized solutions to business transformation. He actively mentors, coaches financial and risk executives.
George chaired the Colorado chapter of the Financial Executives Networking Group and served on the Financial Services Auditing Board of the IIA.
He has served as Senior Vice President – Risk, Audit and Compliance; and held Vice President roles in Management Consulting, Risk Management, Accounting and Systems; and, prior to that as Regional Chief Financial Officer for an international oil services business in South East Asia where he directed a turn-around.
George has directed transformation
projects; managed data security, led M&A integration teams, and
worked with regulators.
George and the team focus on business problem resolution related to accounting, finance, people and technology.
Senior human resources management professional with more than twenty years of progressively increasing responsibility in leadership development, change management and organizational development, supported by a top performance track record. Successfully assisted progressive organizations through challenging phases of emerging and rapid growth in the financial services, technology, and healthcare marketplace. Executive experience with mergers, acquisitions, Private Equity, reorganization and board development.
Melissa served in senior HR roles in the health care, financial
services and technology sectors. Her experience spans smaller businesses to larger private equity owned businesses ranging from $400 million to $25 billion.
She has also developed leadership assessment and training
programs, managed incentive programs, resolved HR operations challenges and facilitated significant change management initiatives.
Melissa holds a BS Business Administration and an MA Organizational Leadership.
She also holds the SPHR certification and has served on the local Board of CHAHRM as Treasurer.
